Shipping Destinations

Lazy Hook Club currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. If an address is accepted during checkout, it is eligible for delivery.

Production and Delivery Times

Every product is made on demand by a third-party print and fulfillment provider located in the United States.

Production normally takes 2 to 7 business days. Standard shipping generally takes an additional 2 to 5 business days after production is complete. Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 4 to 12 business days after the order is accepted.

Delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may take longer during holidays, periods of high demand, product shortages, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and certain US territories may require an additional 7 to 12 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 USD or more after discounts and before taxes.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to begin showing updates after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Address Changes and Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes are possible only before the order has been submitted to production. Once production or shipping has started, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a free replacement or refund. Reshipping may require payment of additional production and shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not shown delivery within 30 calendar days after shipment, contact us promptly and no later than 7 days after that 30-day period. Include your order number and confirm that the shipping address provided with the order was correct.

Before reporting a missing package, please check the tracking information, contact the local carrier or post office, and check with members of your household or neighbors.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Resolution of these issues is governed by our Refund Policy.
